I can't say myself that I'm a big fan of country music either, the southern drawls bother me at times. I think I have really been captured by the soporific melodies of Frou Frou. I love the sound, I'm also into Postal Service "such great heights". Occasionaly I listen to rap b/c the more I listen to relaxing tranquil music the less Im inclined to subject my ears/mind to rap and high gliz glamour hip hop. Reggae can be mellow for me too, unfortunately I have not heard the greatest-Bob Marley's hits. I think I much prefer dancehall music like Beanie Man. Finally I finish it off with alternative and rock, love how vast those music genres have become. |
