I Don't see the point of science! i mean It only teaches the people who want to be a doctor or something! it sux anyway! I htink that we shouldmn't have to learn it!

Yeah I know how you feel, when I was in high school I hated chemistry with a passion! And you know you're right people should have to learn it unless people want to becoome doctors or something.

WEll some stuff you might need in life, waht if you later on in life decide to become a bioengineer (is that even real or did i just et that from a game? haha) But yeah. You never know when in life your going to need this. Plus, its better to know and not care about knowing than not know and want to know i think.

i dont mind biology and physics too much , i really hate chemistry though.

Forget science, all you guys need are some grammar classes.

hey, iwanna be a doctor. but you'll use science in a lot of fields so i guess it is a good subject.

YOU may not see the point of taking science courses but science is all very relative for science is the study of the world around through observations and experimentation. If science wasnt taught in regular grade school-high school curriculums students would know next to nothing about science courses such as chemistry, physics, and biology. This may mean that students who enter colleges would have to spend a longer time in universities and colleges learning these basic fundamentals of science. To say that taking science courses now is useless unless one plans to be a doctor is your opinion, and though I GREATLY disagree with it I would gladly defend your right to say it. For me, I dont mind if I take science now because I am curious about the world around me and if I DO decide to pursue a career that requires me to have a basis of knowledge in certain science courses then I'll be glad that I wouldnt have to spend all that time in college or university learning courses I should have learnt a long time ago.
