I was a vegetarian and I lost a bunch of weight but then I ate a lot of pasta and gained the weight back. I still ate dairy and eggs. Stay away from pasta. That is a biggie for weight gain. You can go with the food pyrmid thing. Keep yourself busy and stay away from the kitchen and fast food.
